On the afternoon of May 19, 2013, Session I Graduation Ceremony & Session III Opening Ceremony for MBA Core Courses Seminar of Hangzhou Matsushita Home Appliances Co., Ltd. was grandly held in No.3 Lecture Theatre of Teaching Building 1. The General Manager of Hangzhou Matsushita Home Appliances Co., Ltd. Mr. Horiuchi, as well as Deputy General Manager Liu Jian Guo and Li Changgen, the chief accountant Mr. Kerr, Mrs. Lv Xiaoqiao Deputy director of Human Resource Department, Professor Zheng Yongjun, Dean of Zhejiang Gongshang University MBA School, Deputy Dean Professor Mie Biao and Professor Yu Hong attended the ceremony, the ceremony was hosted by Professor Mie Biao.

 

42 from Session I and 39 from Session III attended the ceremony. At the first, Professor Zheng Yongjun of MBA School, congratulated trainee of Session I successfully graduated after 2-year learning, which had achieved better outcomes. He also proposed learning expectations to new trainee of Session III, hoped that they could arrange what they would learn in the following two years and combine theory with practice to repay the company. Liu Jian Guo, Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Matsushita Home Appliances Co., Ltd, congratulated trainee of Session I and hoped them could apply their management knowledge obtained to create more benefits for the company and promote their own value. He also had high expectations on new trainees, hoped that they could keep the good learning atmosphere and really obtain the knowledge and skills required by the company. At last, Mr. Horiuchi, the General Manager of Hangzhou Matsushita Home Appliances Co., Ltd, made a brilliant speech, of which he said that Matsushita had always advocated "Man creation before product creation" and he believed talented person is essential to success enterprise. He was glad that after 2-year hardworking and learning, trainees could promote themselves and become more competent in future works. He also planned that the company would send more employees for MBA learning and he gave much thanks to leaders and teachers of Zhejiang University MBA School of Commerce and Industry, who had developed a lot of management talents for Matsushita.
