关于拟予VISIT BUNNARA等五名研究生的退学处理意见

根据《浙江工商大学研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定》（浙商大研〔2021〕124号）第三十条第四款“未在学校规定时间注册超过2周而又未履行暂缓注册手续的”和第五款“休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的”学校可予以退学处理的规定，浙江工商大学工商管理学院（MBA学院）拟对以下研究生作出退学处理：

由于长时间联系不到学生本人，特以公告形式送达以上拟处理意见。如对拟处理意见有异议，可在本公告发布之日起14日内，向学院提交书面申辩或者进行口头陈述和申辩。逾期未提出陈述和申辩的，视为放弃相关权利。

Notice on Withdrawal from School for International MBA Students

       According to the Zhejiang Gongshang University Graduate Student Status Management Regulations, those graduate students “he or she neither registers more than two weeks upon expiration of the time limit specified by ZJSU nor goes through the deferred registration formalities; or “upon expiration of the period of suspension of schooling or retention of school status, he or she fails to apply for resumption of schooling within the time limit specified by ZJSU, or the application for resumption of schooling is unqualified after the review;” will be in face of a withdrawal from the university. In that regard, after serious consideration, this is to note that the following students will be subjected to such a withdrawal.

        Since these students are no way to be reached for a long time, the decision of their withdrawal shall be seen as delivered by this notice. Should the student have any disagreement or doubt in terms of the notice, please submit a statement for review, either in verbal or written form, to the School within 14 days from the date of this notice. Failure to present the statement within the time limit shall be deemed to have waived the relevant rights, and the withdrawal shall therefore be valid.
